Do I have to pay a deposit?

A £199.00 booking  fee is required to secure your date for prepaid bar service.

How much is your minimum spend on a prepaid bar service?

The (PAYG) pay as you go (package) bar, requires a minimum spend of £500.00 to be paid no less than 6 weeks prior to the event date (or at time of book if the event date is less that 6 weeks). The £500.00 or the difference will then be available for refund as soon as this amount is met behind the bar on the day. This will be transfered via next day BACS, as agreed at the time of booking.

When does the full balance for my service need
to be paid?

Full payment of any monies due for prepaid bar tabs should be settled no later than 60 days prior to the date of your event.

Can I extend my bar tab on the day.

Yes once bar tab is finished an additional   payment can be made to extended your bar tab. If you would like your guests to pay for there own drinks the bar will revert to a cashless bar.

Is cash excepted?

Unfortunately we are a cashless bar, card payments, Apple Pay and contactless is available throughout the event.

Do you host for all occasions?

Yes, we can adapt the bar for what you would require. For example Prosecco, gin, or children’s birthday parties.

Can you do bespoke events

Yes we can 'dress' the bar to suit your requirements. Please call or email to discuss.

Cancellation

If you cancel within less than 28 days before the date of the event, we will only refund 50% of the (package) price agreed at time of booking.

 

If you cancel within less than 14 days before the date of the event, no refund will be made from the (package) price.

Insurance & Legal

Moments Bar will act on behalf of the client in all discussions and licence applications with the Council and venue. We cannot guarantee that a licence and/or opening times required will be granted as the final decision rests with the local licensing authorities.

Moments Bar hold Public Liability and Employment Liability, thus fully insured.


Please note that we are unable to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any breach of its obligations resulting from causes beyond reasonable control which may include fire, war or military hostilities, natural disaster, acts of God, death/serious injury/illness of a family/friend/Moments Bar or any other unavoidable accidents.

 

Each of the parties agree to give notice immediately to the other upon becoming aware of an event of force majeure and such notice shall contain details of the circumstances giving rise to it.
